In My Shoes is a professional development program for all staff working in educational organisations.

In My Shoes is generally utilised as an induction training program and has a main purpose of raising awareness of staff obligations around providing equitable access to education for people with a disability.

In My Shoes is a simple induction program that supports the education provider to ensure that all staff of the organisation are aware of their responsibiliites and legal obligations according to the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) and the Disability Standards in Education (2005).

This training program offers three different streams, targetting - Teachers,  Administration staff and Disability Support Staff.
