Apprentice Disability Achievement Award

Apprentice Disability Achievement Award

The Melbourne Apprenticeship Disability Network (MADN) are delighted with the addition of a new award to celebrate the achievements of apprentices and trainees with disability.

The Apprenticeship Employment Network (AEN) have introduced the category to their 2021 Industry Awards.  This new award category recognises an apprentice/trainee with a disability who has shown outstanding performance and attitude to encourage an inclusive workplace and community.

Through this exciting inclusion the MADN and AEN hope to increase awareness of the pathway opportunities that apprenticeships offer to people with disability. As well as highlighting the many skills and strengths that apprentices with disability bring to the workforce.

If you know an apprentice or trainee with disability who deserves recognition for their achievements visit the AEN Awards website and nominate them now.

Nominations close 8th October and awards will be presented on 25th November
