NDIS Readiness Resource Checklist
A checklist to help people create goals for their NDIS plan
The NDIS can be very confusing for participants and carers, especially when preparing for their planning meeting. The Amaze NDIS Readiness Resource is here to help.
Created in partnership with NDIS participants and their families, the NDIS Readiness Resource is a free tool that gives participants a dedicated space to work through a checklist, which supports users to identify and prioritise needs, and create smart goals they can take to their NDIS planning meeting.
The resource also provides case studies (children, teenagers and adults) and shows how goals are set.
Who is it for?
This online resource is for autistic people who are participants of the NDIS or who may be eligible to be a participant. It can also be used by carers on behalf of participants. It may also be useful for people with cognitive disabilities and their carers.
