Pathways to Employment (P2E)

Pathways to Employment (P2E) was a small, proof-of-concept trial to test the efficacy of mainstream employment pathway support for young people in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Originally the program was developed and delivered by the NDCO program’s Pam Anderson. Despite implementation constraints during COVID-19 lockdowns, our evaluation shows that the P2E trial generated positive outcomes for participants.
