YDAS Emerging Young Leaders Program A free online leadership program for young Victorians who identify as having a disability, being Deaf, neurodiverse and/or having lived experience of mental health issues.

‘Ignite’ by the Good Incubator is designed to support people with disabilities to:
Build confidence so that they can take the first steps to start their own business.
Focus on the importance of personal well-being and resilience when thinking about or starting a business.
Provide an understanding of the business tools needed to start a business.
Introduce experienced mentors who will provide guidance and inspiration by sharing their personal stories of personal and business growth.
Understanding reasonable adjustments at work for people with disabilities: a webinar for both employers and employees – focuses on reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities in the workplace. It will be an interactive session that will include a presentation followed by Q and A.
VCE & Beyond: Virtual Careers Expo for all Year 10-12 students and parents. With all of the restrictions that are being placed on our communities with COVID-19, we are excited to invite you to the first ever Virtual VCE & Beyond Careers Expo (not disability specific). Rail Academy’s STEM workshop will be an opportunity for students to engage with some of Victoria’s foremost female industry leaders. The students will learn through anecdotal presentations, interactive
sessions and engaging industry career discussions from STEM female engineers and graduates (Not disability specific).
