Ivan Neville is the Assistant Secretary of the Labour Market Research and Analysis Branch in the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment. Ivan leads a team that undertakes in-depth analysis on a range of Australian labour market issues, including identifying the current and future demand for jobs, understanding recruitment issues and what employers are looking for, and helping job seekers prepare for the changing world of work.

Bernadette Gigliotti is the CEO of the Australian Centre for Career Education (ACCE) and is a founding member of the Career Industry Council of Australia. Bernadette is a professional career development practitioner with over 25 years professional practice in careers counselling in state, catholic and independent schools. Bernadette believes that career development processes are central to building capacity in our youth so that they can successfully transition between education, training, and employment throughout their lives.
