NEW HANDBOOK FOR APPRENTICES/TRAINEES RE DISABILITY MADN FEEDBACK INVITED

Melbourne Apprenticeship Disability Network (MADN) handbook to talk about disability in the workplace.

The Melbourne Apprenticeship Disability Network (MADN) are developing a handbook to support apprentices/trainees and their employers to talk about disability in the workplace. We have a first draft ready to go and need your help to test it out and give us your advice for making it the best that it can be. We are looking for apprentices/trainees with disability who are in their first year and their employers or GTO support officers to look through the handbook and try out our three templates. The handbook will help you to understand your rights and responsibilities as an apprentice/trainee with disability or as an employer, and to talk about disability at work to support successful apprenticeships and traineeships.

Feel free to contact Amii at ademanuele@imvc.com.au or on 0422 274 121 if you have any questions or comments.
