Stakeholder and Relationship Manager
There are 2 positions available, candidates can be situated in any part of the state and will be supported by the VicLLEN in the area.
The Goulburn Murray Local Learning and Employment Network (GMLLEN) is leading a Virtual Reality (VR) project in partnership with other VicLLENs, to develop VR immersive learning experiences, aligned with the Victorian Careers Curriculum. This will enable priority industries to highlight for students, the benefits of their industry, workforce needs and opportunities, pathways, and what they need in terms of work readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
• Broker relationships with key priority industries using VicLLENs intel and existing relationships.
• Develop and facilitate industry reference groups, ensuring the project meets industry needs and project objectives.
• Identify suitable workplaces for VR with entry level jobs that are a good indicator for industry.
• Identify role model employees, considering gender equality across all sectors and job roles.
• Work with the Project Governance Group to identify suitable ideas for the industry VR touch points/immersive activities and collaborate with industry to prepare their teams.
• Ensure the suite of VR offerings provide work exposure and experience to increase aspiration in young people.
• Liaise with key health education, training and industry stakeholders to ensure VR immersive activities provide alternative assessment options for senior secondary students.
• Provide reports to the Project Governance Group and contribute to project progress reports.
• Provide support on filming and assist with other project tasks as required.
The positions can be negotiated between fulltime and 0.8EFT, fixed term for a period of 18 months. Negotiable working days and hours fall between 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility is required to participate in meetings and functions which may occur outside scheduled working

Technical Project Manager

Candidates can be situated in any part of the state and will be supported by the VicLLENs in the area.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project scope and support others’ technical understanding for optimum communication with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical understanding and direction between the Project Governance Group and platform developers to meet project plan and expectations.
• Drive product feature requirements by sourcing insights directly from developers and internal stakeholders.
• Research, quote and source VR headsets for use in the project and provide set-up support for developers.
• Identify and communicate technical issues affecting project outcomes in consultation with developers.

• Provide reports to the Project Governance Group, including updates from platform developers, and contribute to project progress reports.
• Support VicLLENs stakeholders to set up, use and maintain VR assets.
• Develop work procedure manuals and troubleshooting documents for the end product.
• Assist lead agency with developing a subscription model of VR headsets/platform.
The position is part time (0.8 FTE), fixed term for a period of 18 months. Negotiable working days and hours fall between 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
