Session One – Parents only
This session is design to give parents the reflect on their own career journey and how
to use their skills and experience to coach their young people from a strength based approach
Peter Balbata – Jobs Victoria Advocate, Melton City Council. Peter works on the ground to help people
navigate employment and training services y proactively connecting with people, where they are, in their local communities.

Session Two & Three – Parents & Young People
Learn about the update information on educational and career pathways, Get some tips for job hunting experience and how to talk about your ability and work place modifications.
Reece Gains – Inclusive Industry Engagement Coordinator Department of Education and Training. Reece is neurodiverse has experience in Education and Local government space. working to build the skills of young people with disabilities to gain employment.
