Scholarship Opportunity: Autism employment 

We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from individuals interested in completing a PhD in collaboration with the La Trobe University Business School and the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre on the topic of autism employment. The research will examine the role of organisational factors (e.g., leadership, organisational culture) in facilitating long-term employment for people on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will have the equivalent of first-class Honours in Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, and be able to commence the PhD by March 2022. Individuals who self-identify as autistic or on the autism spectrum are strongly encouraged to apply. Disclosure is not required. The successful applicant will receive a PhD scholarship that includes fee-relief and supports living costs.
